Há sim uma fórmula para mensurar a Freqüência de limiar anaeróbio. Na seção + da Revista, você encontra o Teste de 3km.
Quanto à redução do volume dos treinos antes das provas, este deve ser proporcional às suas individualidades e à prova para qual você está treinando. Com mais experiência, você fará o ajuste correto. O ideal é que essa redução no volume seja gradativa durante as três semanas que antecedem a prova, chegando a diminuir até 80% na semana da competição, sempre de acordo com metodologia de cada treinador ou o “feeling” do atleta por suas experiências anteriores, como mencionei anteriormente.
