Ele só confirmou o que todos já esperavam. Marilson Gomes do Santos venceu com facilidade a prova de 10.000 metros do Troféu Brasil/Caixa de Atletismo nesta quarta-feira, dia 15 de setembro. Com o tempo de 28min44s, o fundista bicampeão da Maratona de Nova York não deu nenhuma chance para seus adversários.
“É importante para mim e para o cube (BM&FBovespa) a vitória nesta competição, que é a mais importante do ano”, falou Marilson. Damião Ancelmo de Souza foi o segundo colocado, com 29min19s, seguido por Reginaldo Campos Junior, que completou o pódio com 29min21s.
